That's the reason we want to relax. We most certainly want to feel good after hard work. This is the feeling you and I tend to reach everyday.

The majority of us have the same need of relaxing our brain and body!
I believe you agree with me when I say that no matter what the circumstances and the diversity of people’s lives, every human being is striving for happiness and wants to feel stress-free.
Personally, I would love to truly relax at least once a week. And by that I mean a moment in which to become detached from problems and worries…
Only floating careless above everything that composes my life. Mmmmm 🙂 ……. One second I imagine myself in a big swimming pool, …crystal …light blue …warm water, aaahhhh… beautiful, peaceful …aaand of course the rest of the picture … my good friend, is personal, if you know what I mean! 😀 .
Addiction, trauma, relationships difficulties, parenting – these are a few examples of stress sources.
But this is the truth we all agree with. And you have something in common with me: You absolutely hate problems and stressful moments , especially when their number increases fast and you begin to feel more and more trapped, caught in a psychic overwhelming vortex. … everybody goes through tough moments in life!EVERYBODY.
The purpose of this site is to help you overcome the not so happy state of mind in which you have fallen. When you feel the world on your shoulders, look at the bright side: The World is Yours!
This is a call to all of us… Let’s get together… being next to each other (mentally or physically), unleashes a great power (the courage within) when facing trouble, problems or moments of despair.
Trust me…
